Our basic support plan includes assistance with your hosting package, including cPanel issues, SSL, backup, and more.

For VPS clients, we can help with internet connectivity issues or resetting your VPS plan.

For Dedicated Hosting clients, we support with internet connectivity issues of your server, cPanel license, SSL, and backups.

Please be aware that there are certain issues we cannot assist with.

We cannot design, redesign, remake, or troubleshoot any issues that you may have with your script since we do not guarantee this.

Additionally, we cannot help with third-party apps you are using or any request other than those specified above.
